Dromex Twin Filters A2 (DHCT-A2 or DR-A2-EN) are reusable gas cartridges designed for filtering organic gases and vapours with boiling points above 65°C, compatible exclusively with Dromex twin-cartridge respirators like DH302 and DHFFM half masks. Certified to EN14387:2004+A1:2008 A2 (NRCS AZ2011/47), these low-profile black pancake-style filters feature activated carbon beds for extended capacity and odour neutralization, ideal for spray painting, solvent cleaning, petrochemical handling, printing, and adhesive manufacturing where organic vapour concentrations demand higher A2-level protection than A1.
The ergonomic design includes right-hand threading for secure attachment, individual seals for freshness, and exhalation valves (replaced per filter change) to reduce breathing resistance while maintaining unobstructed peripheral vision during extended wear.
