Dromex Twin Filters A2P3 (DR-A2P3-EN) are reusable combination cartridges offering A2 organic vapour protection plus P3 particulate filtration for Dromex twin-cartridge half masks (DH302, DHFFM). Certified to EN14387:2004+A1:2008 (NRCS/8072/0424), they handle organic gases/vapours (boiling point >65°C up to 5000ppm) through activated carbon while P3 media blocks 99.95% of fine dusts, mists, and fumes (NaCl/paraffin oil ≤0.05% penetration).
These low-profile pancake filters suit spray painting, solvent handling, petrochemical operations, and composite manufacturing where both chemical vapours and particulates threaten respiratory health, with ergonomic design maintaining full peripheral vision.
