Dromex P2 Twin Filters
Dromex P2 Twin Filters (DHCT-P2 or DR-P2-EN) are reusable, lightweight particulate filters providing P2-rated (95% efficiency) respiratory protection against dust, mists, fumes, and aerosols for use with Dromex twin-cartridge half masks like DH302 and DHFFM. Certified to EN143:2021 with right-hand threading and individual seals, these low-profile pancake-style filters feature optimized airflow (≤2.4mbar resistance at 95L/min) and large surface areas for extended capacity in mining, construction, welding, manufacturing, and general dusty environments.
Sold as pairs with integrated valves (replaced per filter change), they maintain unobstructed vision while filtering sodium chloride/paraffin oil particulates to ≤6% penetration, making them economical for daily industrial hygiene applications where P3-level protection isn’t mandated.
