Dromex Arc Flash Tread Safety Boots (DF-FLASH) is a lightweight, non-metallic ankle safety boot from the Dromex ARC range, specifically engineered for electrical workers facing arc flash, flash fire, and contact heat hazards in utilities, manufacturing, refineries, and power generation. Featuring waterproof full-grain cow leather uppers and dual Velcro closure straps for gloved hands, it provides composite toe protection (200±4J impact) while the cleated rubber outsole withstands 300°C contact heat for 60 seconds with SRC slip resistance on ceramic+NaLS and steel+glycerine surfaces.
The antistatic, oil-resistant design includes energy-absorbing heels, removable polyester mesh/EVA insocks, and Kevlar insole fabric for penetration resistance, ensuring all-day comfort and hygiene during high-risk operations without metal components that could trigger security scanners.
