Dromex Pre-filters P2PF, 2retainers, 6pre-filters (DR-P2PF-EN) are reusable P2-rated particulate pre-filters sold as kits containing 2 retainer housings and 6 filter pads, designed to extend the service life of gas cartridges (A1, A2, ABEK1) on Dromex twin-cartridge respirators like DH202, DH102, and DHFFM half masks. Certified to EN143:2021 + EN140:1998 with NRCS homologation (SANS 10338:2009), they capture 94% of solid/liquid aerosols (NaCl/paraffin oil ≤6% penetration at 95L/min) including dust, mists, oil, and fumes, preventing premature clogging of main filters in oily/greasy environments like welding, mining, automotive, and metal fabrication.
The low-profile design maintains worker vision while ergonomic retainers snap securely onto cartridges, reducing replacement frequency and costs through extended main filter life.
