The bi‑metal construction combines high‑speed steel cutting teeth with a flexible alloy steel body, giving a good balance of cutting performance, durability and resistance to tooth breakage across diameters from 14 mm up to 152 mm.
Their variable‑pitch tooth design reduces harmonic vibration and improves chip evacuation, helping each size in the range to cut smoother and faster in materials such as aluminium, mild steel sheet, stainless sheet, copper, zinc, wood, drywall and PVC, while the matching quick‑change mandrels (e.g. TC17002, TC17004, TC17007) simplify setup.
