Tork Craft Flap Discs 115mm 15deg. Angled Alu. Oxide, 60g (TCFD115-2) flap disc with conical angle design for 115mm angle grinders, optimized for grinding and finishing aluminium, soft non-ferrous metals, wood, and plastics. The flexible flap construction combines aggressive stock removal with smooth surface blending in one operation, ideal for weld preparation, surface conditioning, and deburring where heat-sensitive materials require controlled abrasion.
Available in multiple grits (40, 60, 80, 120), coarser grits handle aluminium and soft metals while finer grits deliver satin finishes, with 22.23mm arbor fitting standard grinder spindles directly.
