Rhodius XT20 Mild Steel Cutting Disc 115x1mm Type 41, flat disc engineered for very fast, cool cutting of carbon and mild steel with compact 115 mm angle grinders. Its 1.0 mm thickness reduces friction and heat, giving high cutting speed with minimal burrs, sparks and odour—ideal for sheet, tube and profile work where edge quality and productivity matter.
Designed for demanding industrial users, the XT20 combines extra‑thin geometry with long service life, making it economical for repetitive cutting operations on structural steels, high‑tensile sheets and tool steels. It is well suited to cutting, bevelling and burr removal on solid material and thin‑walled sections in fabrication, construction and maintenance environments. Rhodius steel cutting discs are designed for cutting carbon and mild steel. Extra thin cutting discs have a smaller friction surface which allows for a fast and cool cut.
